They are all delicious. As stated on the menu, the skewers are usually served with salt, so if you would like a sauce, you need to mention it when ordering. I had overlooked this warning, but I made a new discovery that liver and green onions are delicious even when eaten with salt. lol For two women, it was just 2,000 yen per person, even with one drink and a full meal, so it felt like a good deal. There seemed to be a wide variety of sake, so I thought it would be fun to compare them the next time I went.
