Akashi, Hyogo, Japan｜Yakitori no meimon Akiyoshi

I usually use the Hyogo store, but this was my first visit to the Akashi store. This was also a popular restaurant that was busy from the time it opened at 5:00 p.m. When the draft beer arrived, I immediately ordered 10 of my favorite Junkei and 5 Aka. A blissful time waiting for your arrival while drinking beer. The degree of grilling and amount of salt is at the discretion of the manager in charge of the grill. The Junkei here was a little less salty than the Hyogo store, so I sprinkled the salt from the table only on the tip of the skewer to adjust it. I was able to fully enjoy the taste of stability. The tanned appearance of the chef in charge of the grilling area only adds to the deliciousness! Basically 5 skewers per person. Each skewer is small and tastes great! I thought it was great because it was placed on the stainless steel counter instead of on a plate, so it didn't take up much space and was efficient!

Akiyoshi is really amazing, they provide a stable supply of products wherever they go in Japan. The yakitori here is very delicious. I think it's fair to say that a chain store can consistently deliver such deliciousness. And no matter which store you go to, the force of the clerk is amazing. It feels like it's baked hard and has a soul. I feel passion not only for yakitori but also for business. wonderful. And it's a miso that there are five yakitori for one person. well calculated. If you go in a group, I think it's a device that makes someone feel a little unsatisfied, can't divide, and wants to add more. There are many other shops around, and it is crowded everywhere. Akiyoshi here is no exception. It's a popular restaurant.
