The order and parts of the skewers are arranged by the store. If you feel full, you can stop the skewers at any time. It tastes delicious! There are taste surprises from time to time. "ささみ" chicken breast, as the pioneer of skewers, the presentation is very eye-catching. The ingredients are fresh and the meat is tender. The difference in taste between the inside and outside is just right, and the faint mustard flavor makes people feel refreshed. "セセリ" neck meat, the meat is elastic, firm and chewy. Rich charcoal grilled flavor, full of caramel aroma in the mouth, and very rich texture. "モモ" is the main product! The leg meat is selected from Japan's three major regional chickens "Nagoya Cochin" (Nagoya Cochin chicken). The ratio of meat to fat is very balanced. The meat is firm, rich in texture, charred on the outside and tender on the inside. "Sand liver" chicken gizzards, the surprise is that you can smell a strong special aroma before entering the mouth. After asking the store owner, I found out that the secret lies in the "salt", and the one I chose is "Matsutake Salt". "レバ" grilled chicken liver is often the key to evaluating the quality of a skewers restaurant. The liver brushed with the sauce is grilled until it is medium-rare, not burnt on the outside and bloody on the inside. The contrast in taste with the previous one highlights the delicate and continuous texture of this one. 「ハツモト」Cardiovascular, my favorite! The sauce is sweet and the blood vessels are thick and elastic. This is the first time I used the small seasonings on the table. Of course, pepper powder is the perfect match for this dish! I really want to call one more! "うずらの Egg" grilled quail eggs are also brushed with a thin layer of sauce. Each one is actually watery, which is really rare! Work hard! highly recommended! "つくね" chicken meatballs with ovaries. The meatballs are brushed with a slightly sweet sauce and are tender and juicy. You can put the small egg yolk directly into your mouth, and you will feel the rich flavor spreading in your mouth with the instant burst of pulp. You can also pierce it with a skewer. The meatballs are stained with the oozing egg yolk. They are smooth and you can taste the graininess of the cartilage in the meatballs. It is a multi-layered dish. To be honest, my stomach is already full after eating here... "ぽんじり" chicken butt, I personally prefer to eat it without bones. If it is too fat, it will feel greasy^_^. "ハツ" chicken heart, the traditional flat peeling and skewering method is used here. The ingredients are handled very cleanly, there is no fishy smell, and the doneness of the grill is just right. It's juicy and has a crisp texture. Sprinkling a little bit of Tang Xingzi or Sichuan pepper powder can enhance the taste. 「なんこつ」Cartilage, whether it is grilled well or not depends on the texture of the cartilage and meat. Slowly grill the cartilage skewers over low heat until the bones are cooked but the meat is not burnt, and there are not too many burnt spots on the surface. It's OK. Although we knew that the next dish we were going to serve would be "Teha-sen" grilled chicken wings, we still chose to "stop" here. After all, it would be a waste to eat anything when your stomach is nearly 90% full. Although it's free to pay, but... Ginza, since you're in this area, don't worry about cost-effectiveness. All in all, a satisfying night! Sometimes eating well is really better than anything else. ※It would be a mistake not to eat the specialty soba noodles here... ごChizao様でした! ^_^

A restaurant called ``Hajime, where you eat grilled chicken and finish it off with soba noodles.'' A lantern with the word "Hajime" written on it is the landmark, and it's located underground. An izakaya that mainly serves yakitori. The store has a nice atmosphere and the staff are kind. Basically, whatever you order is delicious. Another nice feature is that they have fish skewers. It may be different depending on the day, but today it's salmon and mackerel. There is also oden. Basically, this is a restaurant that has a menu that will please drinkers. There are not only tables but also counter seats inside the store. There is also a private room for about 8 people, so it can be used for small drinking parties with a large number of people.

I've been going here for over 5 years, and I have no complaints about the comfort, the deliciousness of the food, and the service. I will continue to visit!
