Hachioji, Tokyo, Japan｜Yakitori no meimon Akiyoshi

A very positive experience. The food was delicious, the staff were very kind, even though we knew just a few words in Japanese. The waiter even showed us what meat goes with what condiment. We'll definetly come back when in town. Thumbs up!

I went to ``Yakitori Meimon Akiyoshi Hachioji Branch''. Yakitori chain store in Fukui Prefecture Located behind Don Quijote, a 3-minute walk from the north exit of Hachioji Station. This is a restaurant where you can eat authentic yakitori at reasonable prices. Since it is grilled all at once over charcoal, it is fragrant and delicious, and the seasoning is simple. When I looked at the grill, there was a lot of fire going up. There are usually 5 yakitori pieces per plate, and although they are small, all of the yakitori are delicious. Even though I ate a lot, I felt it was cheap. It's open from 5pm, so reservations are recommended as it's a popular restaurant.

Only Akiyoshi can beat Yakitori! Recently recommended Yakitori restaurant. It has become a staple for families to spend time together ♬ There is quite a line, so we recommend making a reservation by phone the night before.
