This place has the small town atmosphere I love. Unlike most places they paid us extra attention as foreigners trying to make us comfortable. After ordering a few standard dishes the staff started recommending other items on the menu. I really like it when the staff put pride in their special dishes and explain them in detail. They even discouraged is from ordering sauce on a couple dishes saying that "salt will bring out the natural flavor". That was really appreciated. Try the miso harami (I think?). It was it of this world and different than I expected, in a good way. Also thumbs up for being non smoking!!

Owner is super nice, and they have a lot of Yakitori.

It's a restaurant full of hospitality, where I kindly learned about the restaurant's system, and I also had the famous motsu stew, which was very delicious.
