More Comments at Google MapEnjoy charcoal-grilled yakitori in a stylish and modern space This time, we visited "Yakitori Takazawa" which has a reputation for delicious yakitori♪ It has a stylish and modern appearance. Take a seat at the counter and the owner will be grilling yakitori over charcoal in front of you. This time, in order to fully enjoy charcoal-grilled yakitori, we ordered a basic course of 10 dishes plus additional skewers. ◆Basic course◆ ◆Chawanmushi A luxurious chawanmushi topped with piping hot bean paste made from the soup stock made from the chicken wings. ◆Seared Miyazaki chicken with green onion cover Seared Miyazaki Jitokori chicken is processed in the same way as raw ham. The aroma of the skin, the flavor of the green onion, the scent of soy sauce, and the citrus-flavored ponzu sauce go perfectly together! ◆Date chicken liver mousse and boulangerie rye bread └ This is a bucket from Boule Beurre Bpulangerie, a famous bakery in Hachioji Yokoyama-cho. A fluffy liver paste with no odor that goes perfectly with baguette! ◆Today's 4 types of skewers + additional skewers (Miyazaki Jitokori/Date chicken) └Hugging body └Negima └Seseri └Boneless chicken wings └Gizzard liver └Lever └Tsukune Each skewer is carefully finished using a charcoal grill. The skin is crispy and the meat is juicy. You can enjoy the flavor of salt and the flavor of chicken. The liver and meatballs were perfectly grilled and had a fluffy texture that was very satisfying. [Hachioji vegetables from Nakanishi Farm] ◆Kale salad and homemade dressing ◆Pickles of seasonal vegetables ◆Charcoal-grilled vegetables └Green eggplant └Corn Although the seasoning is simple, the vegetables are very juicy and the sweetness brought out by the charcoal grilling makes them very delicious. You can enjoy rare local chicken and branded chicken at reasonable prices in a calm and upscale atmosphere.
It's more of a chicken restaurant than a yakitori restaurant. It's an easy-to-use store that doesn't smell like smoke even when you go there in a suit. Trif TKG is a dish you should order at least once.
I visited with a friend the other day, and Mr. Takazawa's commitment to yakitori is amazing. Everything was delicious, but I definitely want you to eat liver. Thank you for the meal!
