Machida, Tokyo, Japan｜一 (はじめ)

This is my second time. Yakitori grilled on Kishu Bincho charcoal is golden on the outside and soft on the inside, and charcoal makes it so delicious! I was so impressed. They bring them out one by one once they're cooked, so you can eat them while they're piping hot. It was full by 6:30pm yesterday, but the entrance door was left open, so ventilation was good and I felt safe. The inside of the store is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's a very nice store!

I had the course menu with my wife, and I got my favorite Isami single item. I was talking today that I would like to visit my wife after fighting illness for 6 years. I can only drink wine now. This store was my favorite in Machida for the direct grilling of the general and the reception of the staff. Number one is Machida Yakitori.

You can feel the original taste of the bird. The only flavor is salt. Alcohol is delicious, but highballs are It's diluted so you won't get drunk unless you drink a lot. It's expensive.
