This time, we enjoyed a blissful moment by pairing exquisite yakitori with wine recommended by the master. Up until now, I had been drinking sake and shochu, but the master told me that wine goes well with it, so I tried it for the first time and it was just as good as he said! The meat, seseri, knee cartilage, chicken fillet with wasabi and plum meat, shiso rolls, quail eggs, chicken wings, and tonight's ginkgo nuts were all very delicious and went well with the wine. Looks like I'll be going with this style from now on.

It's delicious no matter what you eat it with, but you can't miss the meatballs. The variety of shochu, sake, and wine is also well-balanced. I'll bother you again.
