We visited Takahashi because it was featured in a local magazine. I’m very happy we did! It was a little intimidating walking in at 5:30 PM and being the only customers who were not regulars. That said, the yakitori was totally worth it! We found a restaurant with friendly service and great food! Come early. The restaurant was packed by the 5:30 PM opening time. Japanese speaking skills are necessary.

A grilled pork shop located in Soshigaya Okura. The owner's voice is low, so the first time you are a little worried whether your order has been accepted, but once you start baking, it goes quickly. It is cooked quickly and fluffy using Kinkin Binchotan charcoal. Of course it's delicious. Shiro is soft and fluffy. However, I was surprised that Kobukuro did not have any odor at all. It's delicious no matter what you eat.

The shop owner is unfriendly because he is shy. It's really easy I received it for 1 comb and 1 piece of sushi. I wonder how many hidden menus there are???
