Tokorozawa, Saitama, Japan｜Yakitori Daikichi

Went here the other night with my family. There is bar seating and about 3-4 tables. There is even a kiddie corner off to the side where your child can watch dvds or play with the toys there. A very good point for us is that it is a non-smoking restaurant. So good for families to have yakitori dinner together. We basically ordered almost every skewer there. Everything was great. I didn't see a English menu there. However, you can use the online English menu from their website. The menu is the same setup, so it's easy to order what you want. The only thing I would say is that don't get carried away and order everything you see. The bill was a little high. Hahah, shouldn't have ordered so much I guess. Otherwise a great place.

There are many yakitori restaurants in the world. This quality at a chain store... Daikichi is located all over the country, so I've only been to a few more stores. The personality of the master at this shop is soothing. By chance, I heard that the manager of a store I used to go to served as a mentor and trained the manager of this store. The nostalgic stories of those people are also a fun time for me. If you go to a yakitori restaurant around there and think it's like this. Please try this store. You can enjoy the delicious yakitori grilled by the manager, who loves yellow monkeys and has a lovely smile, with sweat on his forehead.

When I want to eat yakitori, I come here a few times a year. The cleanliness of the store and the consistent grilling and taste are probably due to the owner's personality. It was a feast.
