Happy place for drinks and food :) Very lively. Everything is 280 yen! I recommend the basil oil chicken, and the seseri (neck) chicken. It's also well ventilated, I could hardly smell the people smoking next to us. It's on the second floor of the pachinko parlor.

A staple in Tokyo for cheap food and alcohol. I frequent the branch at azabujuban but there is always a Torikizoku within walking distance of most train stations in my experience. They have a big menu and all items cost the same. They have an English menu, usually on a tablet that is used to order, and they allow indoor smoking so stay away if that's a problem. They are usually busy in the evenings but you can get a table if you wait a few minutes, no reservations required.
