Traditional Yakitori , good atmosphere and nice taste , chicken liver is the best

This is an elegant yakitori restaurant. The prices are a bit high compared to cheap chain restaurants, but I think you'll understand once you try it. There is a price menu at the entrance, so you can enter with confidence. The charcoal seems to be Kishu Bincho charcoal. Vegetables and coarsely ground daikon radish are served as an accompaniment. For yakitori, I ordered a 6-piece course, which consisted of wasabi fillet, chicken meat, sand zuri, dango, heart, and liver. All of the pieces were cooked to a slightly raw texture, probably due to their freshness, and the texture was fluffy, and the soup was delicious. I ate some extra celery. They bake each one at the right time. We also have Japanese sake.

I've never had such delicious yakitori before. I often go there with my family, but the owner is also a good person and is the best shop.
