The taste, the atmosphere, everything is great. There are probably very few yakitori restaurants in Tokyo that are as elegant as this one.

A yakitori izakaya with only 8 seats at the counter. Originally a butcher shop, the yakitori is reasonably priced and surprisingly meaty, all of which are exquisite. What was particularly delicious was the mix, a skewer with alternating sandalwood and chicken skin. The softness of the sandalwood is also shocking, but you can't taste the exquisite texture when you eat it with the plump chicken skin. The sweetness of the sauce and the accent of the Japanese pepper were outstanding and it was delicious! The customer service of the master and landlady is also comfortable without being pretentious. I want to go again.

This shop is run by a couple from Akita Prefecture. I especially recommend the chicken and green onion tofu. It is the best for eliminating summer fatigue.
