Shiki, Saitama, Japan｜Yakitori Nishidaba Yanasegawaten

The yakitori is delicious and doesn't feel overcooked! The quality of the drinks is so good that you can see that the glasses and servers are clean! Carbonated alcoholic beverages are wonderfully carbonated! There is a TV and plenty of seats at the counter. You can even drink alone!

It's easy to come by and it's delicious. There are quite a few seats in the back than you might imagine from the standing entrance. You can enjoy freshly grilled yakitori, ranging from hoppy to daiginjo. It's a good shop to stop by.

This is my favorite among the many Nishidaba. The proprietress (!?) is very attentive and provides stable service.
