Visited here a year ago. You can feel the traditional Japanese atmosphere of Showa that a big city might be missing, not only from the menu, but also from kind staff and even from the cozy decorations with the art tapestries!:)) They also have some photos taken with "beat takeshi". I recommend this place especially to the foreigners who haven't seen an authentic old style izakaya bar in Tokyo!
