I am mastering yakitori. It's a different dish from the chicken skewered and grilled that you'll find at chain izakayas and supermarkets.

The restaurant fills up immediately after opening, so reservations are required for 2 or more people. Or maybe after 9 o'clock. Please be careful when ordering as it is more than twice the size of regular yakitori. Anyway, it's the best with the perfect amount of salt and delicious miso.
