It's delicious even without the crunchiness, so I come here from Yokohama about 4-5 times a year. The old man is not a very friendly person, but once you get used to him, you find that he treats you with a smile (lol).
Whenever I come to Sunamachi Ginza, I always eat seishiku and meatballs. And I will buy it as a souvenir. I don't know why, but it tastes really good. It's still delicious even if you reheat it at home and eat it. It's much more delicious than the yakitori you'll find in department store basements or izakaya bars. Even though it's cheap. Is there a secret to the seasoning and preparation...Currently, this is my No.1 yakitori ranking. I want to go eat soon~
Personally, the ¥300 per person serving of boiled offal here is excruciating. Price, taste, quantity, ingredients, size of ingredients, perfect! ! Offal stew is a downtown menu item that is by no means a high-class food, but that's why it's no good even if it's too casual or a high-class ingredient. I secretly think that the shop owner who creates such exquisite pieces is a master. I've never had it as a dine-in, but whenever I go to Kitasuna Shopping District, I always take home two servings. Sip it slowly at home, add your desired amount of shichimi, and you'll be in heaven right away.
