Yakitori is grilled and salted just right. The liver is not the semi-raw full full that is common these days, but it is traditionally baked firmly. I prefer the former, but it was delicious. Kamameshi was also delicious. I recommend the chicken soup!

Both the kamameshi and yakitori were delicious! The person working at the grill went out of his way to say hello to me as I was leaving.
