It was my first time eating a skewer of natto wrapped in seaweed, and it was delicious. The horse sashimi has just the right amount of marbling and melts in your mouth. The buttery potatoes are fried and go perfectly with the anchovy cream! Harami and pork belly tomatoes are also consistently delicious. The kamameshi had green chili peppers in it, and was a spicy kamameshi that was perfect for summer. This was the best way to finish! Thank you for the meal.
