Beautiful neighborhood. Cozy atmosphere. Incredible grilled shiitake.

It seems to be a popular restaurant, and when I visited, it was full within an hour of opening. They have a lot of sake, and it was a pretty interesting lineup. The skewers are slowly grilled over Bincho charcoal, making them all fluffy and fluffy. Is it sometimes too flavorful? There were some things that I felt like, but it felt just right when paired with alcohol. The oolong tea was apparently brewed at the shop rather than in a plastic bottle, and it was very delicious. I want to go again.

I've been to many different restaurants, but this is my favorite yakitori restaurant. Alcohol, food, snacks, everything that comes out is delicious. I also like the atmosphere of the store and the staff. Even when I go to a yakiniku restaurant with friends, I usually try to avoid meat as much as I can, only eating vegetables, but when I go to this restaurant, I want to enjoy it to the fullest, so I don't eat meat at all.
