I was so hungry that I forgot to take a picture of the all-important yakitori (laughs). I often use it when I go out drinking with senior colleagues. Most of the customers who come to the store are adults, so the inside of the store is quiet and comfortable. The menu is mainly yakitori, and there is also a full lineup of snacks such as tamagoyaki and offal stew. Personally, I think Koganei's yakitori restaurant is the most delicious. There is a grill in the middle of the store, where the taciturn master grills the skewers. The yakitori is cooked and seasoned just right, and the meat is not dry at all. In particular, is the tsukune skewer filled with cartilage inside? It is soft and has a chewy texture and is excellent. The price is neither too high nor too low, it feels like an adult yakitori restaurant. I will be using this again.

There is a horigotatsu tatami room, which is suitable for drinking parties of about 10 people. I used the 2.5-hour all-you-can-drink course, and the yakitori was cooked in order and was very delicious. Tsukune is especially delicious! Draft beer is also good with all-you-can-drink. I would be happier if there was a little more sake, but it was good because it was a good deal for the price. Please note that the entrance of the store is quite difficult to understand.

Although the yakitori is small, it is wonderfully prepared and grilled using Kishu Binchotan charcoal. In particular, the bone-in bonjiri is a must-try for those who have only ever eaten yagen or knee cartilage. The cartilage isn't too hard, and it's perfectly grilled with a little bit of fat.
