Super delicious and different from traditional japanese

The oyakodon is melty and delicious. It's a bit of a wait, but it's worth the wait. The limited quantity of chicken hitsumabushi also looked delicious. It was barley tea, not cold.

I had the Imabari Teppanyaki Chicken Course (3000 yen), and I feel like it's been a while since I've had delicious yakitori. Perhaps due to the effect of teppanyaki, everything was juicy and very satisfying. I also had the perfect amount of chicken soup chazuke.
