Osaka, Japan｜Masaya

Super happy we came across this place! They workers are really friendly and did their best to communicate with us, they do have an english menu inside ❤️ 100/10 would eat there again! I miss it already :') [We ordered way more than the pictures posted LOL]

Visited in March '23. This is one of the three yakitori restaurants I always stop by in Osaka. The location is towards Fukushima Station, so it has a strong local feel as it is a shop far away from tourist spots. I usually stay in the Minami area, so I have to go with my heart, but it's a pity that I can't visit often because it's often full every time I go. Chicken sashimi, tsukune, and egg rice are really delicious. At other restaurants, I usually only eat beer, but at Masaya, I usually eat it with beer and sweet potato soju. The owner is also very kind, and if you are looking for a new place in Osaka, I recommend this shop.

We offer all-you-can-drink Japanese sake, which is rare in Fukushima. More than 10 types of unique sake. That alone makes me happy. The main dish is chicken dishes with a variety of seasonings. Plump chicken full of flavor. It made me realize that sake goes perfectly with chicken dishes. I can't stop drinking Japanese sake.
