It was my first visit in a long time. While enjoying the master's saltiness as usual, I happened to look at the menu signboard, and there was a seared horse mackerel, so I asked for it. This restaurant occasionally publishes limited items on its menu. This time it was seared horse mackerel, but I was served something extraordinarily wonderful. Usually, I think that only half of the body is used in the case of tataki, but here I used the whole one. Moreover, the price and taste were wonderful, and it was a moment when I forgot that I was a yakitori restaurant. Thank you for the meal, I'll be back~♪

Yakitori has a lot of volume, maybe a little too much salt (laughs) I was able to look rough on purpose, but the correspondence is good. Even though I am a hobby of cooking, the taste of the appetizer is something I have never tried before, so it will be a good reference for future cooking. Is this a yakitori restaurant? can i come in? It's good to be like You really don't want to tell me, do you?
