A very delicious offal grill restaurant. Visited for the first time in February. Two people ate at the counter in front of the grill. As I was talking with the staff and watching the grilling process, she turned the skewer around to make it easier to remove the meat from the skewer once it was grilled. There was a step that you wouldn't understand unless you were sitting in this seat. This kind of attention to detail makes the food delicious, fun, and a restaurant you'll want to visit again and again. I will definitely go again.

To be exact, it's about 4.5 points! ? As the word of mouth said, it was a very delicious yakitori restaurant. Therefore, it is almost full on weekdays, which is not the drinking season. I've only eaten a few types, but they were all good in terms of quality, saltiness, and aroma. (Personally, I think the saltiness was a little better!?) The only thing I was disappointed with was the beef skirt steak and kashira... Since the ones with the strongest umami were served first, I wonder if the last ordinary chicken thigh skewer had a light taste? But it was really delicious, so I'd like to try more different things next time. Makes me want to go again...makes me want to stop by... It was that kind of shop.
