I often brought it home when I lived in Tsurugamine. The liver is soft and delicious. I've been here for about half a century, but I've never met a restaurant whose yakitori is better than this one.

When I got off at Tsurugamine, I thought that Yazawa was a drinker town with many fried chicken and yakitori restaurants. Hearts and liver are the most popular yakitori. The liver is recommended to be removed from the skewer and stir-fried with vanilla. And Cospa is the strongest! ! Next time I'd like to have hearts♪
