Order a course of 7 skewers (choose from 4 or 7 skewers, not a la carte) hearts (Fresh hearts are cut and broiled, so they're plump) ↓ Seseri (It is condensed and the taste permeates the more you chew) ↓ white lever (Smooth and thick) ↓ shiitake mushroom (best seasoning) ↓ Tsukune (Umami ingredients are super condensed) ↓ Chicken fillet (Light and refreshing with 3 flavors) ↓ Quail (Semi-cooked, creamy egg with the aroma of charcoal fire) ↓ At the end, besides soup, you can choose [chicken soba, TKG, ochazuke] if you add it.
