The white liver has a fluffy texture that I've never eaten before, and I'm surprised that it has no smell. They sell out quickly, so I recommend coming to the store early and ordering them right away. The yakitori that the clerk grills one by one on charcoal fire is delicious and tender, and I was impressed. 😭💕We especially recommend the meat, white liver, and hara (chicken heart). Everything was really delicious. When I asked the clerk, "What do you recommend?", it seems that there is a secret menu, so please ask. (I forgot what I recommend. Sorry.) Also, the deep-fried tofu is bigger and more filling than I expected. The fried tofu was crispy on the outside and the tofu inside was fluffy and delicious! Very satisfied 😁😁😁
