Then came the tsukune, heart, zuri, and seseri ✨ You can choose salt or sauce as the flavor. Fragrant and delicious Beef skewers are okaku, heart, mino, and tongue. This is also delicious ✨ If you order dried meat, there is no beef, but there is chicken. It's the first time I've had dried chicken.It's a little hard because it's dried, but when you bite into it, the umami comes out and it's good for drinking. There was also kushikatsu, so I ordered eggplant, shrimp, chichiku, and squid. They bring two types of sauce: Worcestershire-based and ketchup-based.
