There are many locals, business travelers and tourists. It is better to make a reservation on weekends as there are few tables. All of the yakitori is fresh and perfectly grilled. Not only meat but also vegetables and pickles are delicious. The price is reasonable, but the meat quality is the best! Personally, I highly recommend Misaki, which you can't find anywhere else. Miso and meatballs are also available for take-out, and you can take leftovers home. The staff at the store are also very kind and I am always very satisfied.

A long-established yakitori restaurant. It takes 10 minutes on foot from Kofu Station North Exit. The menu is mainly yakitori, with salad and rice bran pickles (laughs). Seats are counter 7 and table 2 raised 2, so please call or make a reservation on weekends. It's a calm atmosphere and not many young people come, so I wonder if I can drink quietly? (laughs)
