Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜甲州地鶏串焼き 寛酔

I was surprised to see chicken soup served as an appetizer! happy~. I would have been twice as happy if it had been my second restaurant.The food and drinks were both delicious and amazing. It was fun to talk with the friendly shopkeeper (^○^)

A Koshu free-range chicken skewer restaurant near Kofu Station. It looks expensive, but the taste is outstanding. First of all, it is very delicious from the chicken soup appetizer. Alcoholic drinks such as local sake and Hakushu highball are also available. I ordered the Omakase Kushiyaki, and it was so good to be able to eat freshly grilled skewers one by one. As you can see from the photos, they are all delicious. It was a pity that Tsukune was out of stock, but I was very satisfied. I definitely want to go when I come to Kofu again.

Chicken soup is delicious! The yakitori and grape chuhai went so well together that I ended up drinking too much. That's a point to reflect on.
