Kofu, Yamanashi, Japan｜Sanshiro

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The staff were very attentive and friendly throughout my meal. I especially appreciated how thoughtful the staff were - they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. And of course, the food was delicious! Most of the dishes I tried had a wonderful balance of flavors and was expertly prepared. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience.

Outstanding quality food and there are tables accessible by wheelchair.

This is an amazing yakitori (+some izakaya staples). The alcohol choices are also great, although they could be organised better on the digital menu. The staff are great but could be slightly friendlier. The actual restaurant is really nice and the counter space is great but the table area is sparse and sort of takes away from what would be an amazing atmosphere (although this is probably to do with corona). These are really nitpicky things for what is an amazing restaurant. Would recommend.
