Komoro, Nagano, Japan｜街あわせ

This is a shop that I visited about 5 times during my month and a half of living in Komoro. Probably 100 yen per skewer. I'm from Tokyo, but it's twice as delicious in Tokyo lol If you ask your mother, she seems to be very particular about the preparation. This is a store I really like. All of them are recommended, but the Shiro, Kashira, and Pork Cartilage are especially special and stand out from other restaurants. My mother was also a very friendly person and took care of me when I got drunk lol. Whether it's for multiple people or just one person, this is my favorite shop with great cost performance!

It's a hideaway shop. Recommendations are yakitori kashira, gizzard, and cartilage if you have good teeth. Garlic sauce and spicy chili peppers🌶 are also available.
