This is my first time here🙇‍♂️ All of the yakitori was delicious, there were a lot of staff so you didn't have to wait, and the restaurant had a bright atmosphere that made me want to come again.

Out of all the yakitori restaurants I've been to, I liked it the most! It's nice to have a stylish and clean store! Chicken fillet, Oyama chicken, avocado pickled in fermented soy sauce, drooling chicken, violet salad tomato, chicken fatty tuna: It was really delicious! ! Shina-chan and Dokkoi-san's customer service was great! I should have come earlier. I'll come back later.

I was impressed. My wife is nearing the end of her term, but she really wanted to eat yakitori, so we decided to go to Sumire because the seats were relatively spacious compared to the cheaper chains around us, but a young male part-time worker told us that she was going to eat yakitori on a Friday at 6 p.m. It was about to be peak season, and even though there were only 2 people in the room, the chairs at the table were too hard, so they guided me to a sofa seat for 6 people. I thought that the fact that each employee was able to do something like this based on their own judgment, without any pretense of consulting with the store manager, was due to the training provided by the store, or to the high quality of the store, which thoroughly assesses these types of personnel through interviews. thank you very much.
