Higashimatsuyama, Saitama, Japan｜やきとり やまたけ

I always eat and drink too much, so I may not be able to refer to the price... This is my favorite yakitori restaurant in Higashimatsuyama. We especially recommend the kashira and shiro (red pepper for sauce) and chicken thighs (spicy miso for salt). Higashimatsuyama may be unique in that it has chickens as well as pigs 👏 Other than skewers, I love stir-fried pork cartilage with salt and pepper. Stewed slowly with spicy miso (winter only) is also delicious~~🙆 Since the spicy miso is spicy, I think it's best to put it on the skewer so that it feels a little less at first. There are no rules such as 2 pieces of Kashira will come out first without asking, or Kashira will come out automatically when you finish eating Kashira. Feel free to order what you want to eat 😊
