A yakitori restaurant descended from Wakamatsuya in Higashimatsuyama. I've been going there for over 20 years, including Wakamatsuya. Kashikushi will be served to you even if you do not order. Add this to the spicy miso sauce and you'll be able to drink as many beers as you like. Other than kashira, naankotsu, heart, and liver are also quite delicious. We recommend adding a little miso sauce to the stew as well.
