Higashimatsuyama's famous yakitori and miso sauce are exquisite. Yakitori is of course delicious, but pickled rice bran is the best ♥️ Yakitori Hakashi is grilled one by one and brought to you until you stop. Personally, my favorite is “Hinamotsu”. It's a reservation for the same day only, but if you don't make a reservation, you won't be able to get in. It's a very popular shop, as you might think. The store's employees are polite and provide good customer service, so it's a store that you'll want to visit over and over again, as it's close to your home. 😊

Yakitori, or should I say kashira, is crazy! The restaurant's original miso, which I was recommended to eat with it, is also delicious! ! I'm generally a salt fan and don't add miso to my dishes, but I've always enjoyed the ones at this restaurant. Miracle miso. The store is also very lively, with the staff moving around the store in a very lively manner. On the way, I witnessed some groups of customers not being able to enter, so I recommend making a reservation. However, there is a high possibility that regular customers will be given priority. When my family called to make a reservation, they asked questions like ``How many times have you been to the store?'' and were told to call again in the evening to confirm.
