Higashimatsuyama's miso sauce yakiton culture ``Omatsuya'' is the store that formed the origin. In Higashimatsuyama's yakitori culture, kashira (pork) is common, and the ``yakitori'' is eaten by coating the ``yakitori'' with a sticky miso sauce. It's similar to Osaka's ban on double-dipping kushikatsu for hygienic reasons. The seasoning varies depending on the restaurant, so it's fun to find your favorite. This Omatsuya has its own house rules, and will serve you the most distinctive way of grilling (kashira) until you show the stop sign. Other menus will be communicated orally. Recommended is definitely “Kashira” The shop owner confidently recommends kashira, which you can eat forever. This word fits perfectly. The ingredients are big, fresh and delicious! It won't work without miso sauce. Exquisite compatibility with yakiton. It's an invention. The Higashimatsuyama area has developed with a unique yakitori culture that is rare even in Japan. As part of Yakitori tourism, it's worth going out of your way to try it. Omatsuya is a famous restaurant that I want to eat regularly.

This restaurant is loved by the locals of Higashimatsuyama. I used to go on weekdays, but this time I went on a Saturday at 5pm. It was already full and there was a waiting list. Entering the store on repeat. As usual, I ordered a drink (on this day, bottled beer), and after a while Kashira was on the plate. I had a companion, so I ordered motsuni and cucumbers and waited for the next skewer. I usually concentrate on skewers, but the cucumbers did a good job as a chopstick rest, and I was able to refresh my mouth. Since it was late, the lever was finished and the white P was added and it was delicious. It's almost closing time, and I'm in a hurry, so I'd like to come to the store next time.
