When I say yakitori, I use this place every time. Recently, bonjiri has been added to the menu instead of skin, and it's delicious and I'm addicted to it. The liver is well-prepared and has no odor, and it goes well with the sweet and salty sauce! It's good to make a phone reservation because you can buy it without waiting!
I bought a total of 10 pieces of 4 types (green onion, meatballs, liver, skin), each mixed with salt and sauce. It looked so delicious that I couldn't wait to get home and ate two of them on the spot! The aroma of charcoal stimulates the appetite, and perhaps due to the craftsmanship, the inside is soft and the outside is well-grilled.The seasoning of salt and the sweetness and spiciness of the sauce are also exquisite.The taste and the size of the whelk make this one a must-have. It was unbelievable for 90 yen. It stayed warm forever and was delicious even when cold. If it were served at a yakitori restaurant in Tokyo, I wouldn't be surprised if it would cost 200 yen each.
