Kyoto, Japan｜Yakitori Daikichi - Gojo Shichihonmatsu

Wow, just amazing food, so much so we had to dive in for more! The service was promo and very friendly, even learnt some Japanese including the name of the restaurant. The restaurant is well thought out with plenty of great finishing touches to make the dining experience feel as authentic as the food. Will be back and highly recommened.

Great place for grilled food - the chicken (which they specialize in, you can get anything from the wings to the heart to the feet) is delicious, but the real treat is their grilled veggies. The grilled eringyi mushrooms and quail eggs were seasoned wonderfully. Prices are reasonable for the amount of food you're getting, though don't expect anyone to know English - grunting and pointing works just fine.
