I visited for lunch, which is open as a ramen shop. Originally, it was a skewer shop, so it was a chicken white soup ramen with a strong flavor. I felt that the soy sauce was a little too strong. The salt was moderately seasoned. It's a personal preference, so if you like a strong taste, soy sauce may be more suitable. There were two types of char siu on board, and the chicken char siu was the best I've ever eaten. There were many other items on the menu that I was interested in, so I wanted to go again.

I visited a ramen shop that is open at lunchtime. There are about 10 parking lots, and they will guide you when you enter the entrance. Once you are seated, they will serve you a cold drink. Order, eat, and pay later. Special white chicken broth soy sauce. It doesn't seem like there will be extra servings, so if you're eating a lot, make a large serving of noodles. Chicken soup Soy sauce, noodles are entwined, and the bubbles are delicious. It was a feast

The ramen here is delicious! ! I ate this ramen during lunch hours. Wow, this is so delicious! What I received was the special chicken paitan with soy sauce. Although the flavor of the chicken is strong, there is no odor at all. Although it is rich, it is not cloying. Also, the way you cut the green onions (Wakegi?) is nice. It's tempting to just cut it into rounds, but here we cut it into 4-5cm lengths. If you bite into this green onion when you forget about it, its green flavor goes well with the soup. Also, be sure to try adding lemon juice. It doesn't change the taste, but it's okay to add it right after starting. Even just a few drops can completely change the way the soup tastes. Perhaps by chance, there were no other customers when I went. I wish it were more popular... Everyone has their own tastes, so I don't know if you'll have the same impressions as me, but I think it's worth giving it a try at least once.
