Kushidokoro Hotori in Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture is located on the second floor of a building across from Okajima Department Store, about a 10-minute walk from Kofu Station. There are 9 counter seats and other semi-private table seats. The main course will be the main course, but of course you can also order a la carte. The yakitori is, of course, absolutely delicious, with a rich texture and the natural flavor of the meat. We also recommend the roast beef, which can only be eaten as a course. With a clean and calm atmosphere, it is a wonderful restaurant that can be used for business purposes such as entertainment, dates, and girls' night out.

It's a bit of a hideaway for adults. Unlike a normal yakitori restaurant, each and every item is carefully made, so I was able to thoroughly enjoy it. It was also good to compare sake with Junmai Daiginjo. I think it's a place where you can relax and have a drink.
