A yakitori restaurant in Shinonoi, Shinshu. A hidden gem located in the alley behind 7-Eleven. Even on weekday nights, it's packed with local customers. Gizzard and heart are especially recommended. The yakitori, with its plump texture and simple salt seasoning, is exquisite.

The taste and atmosphere are irresistible to me as a sake junkie. postscript I've been there several times since then, and it's cheap, delicious, and has a great atmosphere.
