Considering the construction of the road that runs across the store and the position of the bridge over the Ueda River on the west side of the store, I think the store may have been built on the former Iida Kaido road. 30 years ago, when I was using Shiogamaguchi Station, I often passed by Torihiro, and when I grew up, I wanted to eat yakitori there. ~Shops I admire~ 30 years ago, there was a pasta and coffee shop called ``AIUEO'' and a Chinese restaurant called ``Mikohanten'' near Torihiro, and they all looked delicious and had a nice atmosphere, so I admired them. There was a seating area in the back, and the hostess showed us around. The aroma of yakitori wafts from the kitchen along with the smoke of nicely grilled chicken. The inside of the restaurant has the atmosphere of a yakitori restaurant, but it's very bright and the tables and chairs are neatly arranged. You can also order from a tablet, so you can order smoothly. ~Lots of variety/cospa menu~ Yakitori comes in a variety of styles, from the classics such as ``thigh-grilled'', ``tsukune'', ``chicken skin'', ``chicken wings'', ``shinzo'', and ``liver'' to more unusual types. In addition to chicken, they also have ``dote'', ``negima'', ``kushikatsu'', and ``oden'', as well as seafood, so they have a menu that goes well with alcohol. I can't drink so... “50 yen oolong tea”…a normal amount, great value! It's nice that they have a daily menu, so you can enjoy a variety of things. "Torihiro"'s original "Tsukune" has a fluffy texture and the taste of the bird and seasonings go well together◎ The flavor of the momoyaki and shinzo was brought out◎ The chicken skin was perfectly grilled, with just the right amount of fat and the aroma of the grilling matched well. This is a bakery shop run by artisans.
