Nagoya, Aichi, Japan｜Torikokoro

Used for dinner in a group. A friend made a reservation for me as a course (there seems to be only one course). Starting with the patty, skewers such as Nagoya Cochin are brought out in order. It was served on a large platter, and although it looked like ordinary yakitori at first glance, it was cooked just right and was delicious. You can see that they are more particular about the ingredients and taste than the appearance. Each bowl has its own bowl, so it's satisfying to eat. I tend to eat a lot, but by the end of the course I was already full. The wine selection was good and all were delicious. I wasn't able to talk to the owner at all, and the price is a bit high, but if I have another chance, I would like to enjoy it with a smaller group next time.

A yakitori restaurant I've always wanted to go to. I went because I was told that it would be okay to bring my children if they could ask for a course. The children ordered a 2,500 yen course with 5 yakitori, but they were kind enough to reduce the number of yakitori and change it to ramen. Adults are course with 7 yakitori. Duck salad, liver pate, etc. came out and they were also very delicious. Drinks are two bottles of sparkling wine. I forgot to take a picture, but I think it's Eastern European (Is it Romania?) sparkling and Umbria sparkling. Eastern European sparkling is Burgundy cepage. Umbria's sparkling is crunchy nature system. It was very delicious and enjoyable.

This is the best yakitori restaurant! I love the chicken ramen served as a finishing touch. There is also a wide variety of wine and alcohol.
