Hanabi has opened in Nagakute! It was a lively shop with friendly staff. Needless to say, the mazesoba was delicious! It was a shop that I would like to visit again. Hanabi is only open for lunch, and seems to be a yakitori restaurant at night. Next time I would like to come to eat yakitori at night.

Before I knew it, a noodle shop Hanabi had opened near my house, and I was so happy! After all, Noodle Shop Hanabi's Taiwanese Mazesoba is made on an iron plate! There is a parking lot behind the store that can accommodate 16 cars, and it is spacious and easy to park. The bowl is larger than other stores, and since I usually eat a large portion, it was very easy to mix. Also, while the other stores only have a counter, this store was open as a Yakitori restaurant at night, so most of the customers were seated at tables. Instead of buying food tickets from a ticket vending machine, the system was to enter the store and pay at the cash register to place your order. As other people have commented, I think it's a very lively and nice store. The only drawback is that the chopsticks were round rather than square! It was difficult to eat because even if I grabbed the noodles with chopsticks, they would slip and fall. If this point can be improved, I have nothing to say. *I also received a service ticket limited to this store 👍
