Visited on a Friday night with a reservation. Yakitori's salt was just perfect, and the tsukune sauce was also excellent! Is the Hakata-style offal stew raw offal? Instead, it was boiled offal (probably), but the taste was very delicious! It was less like a one-dish menu at an izakaya. However, everything was delicious, so I definitely want to go again!
