Ichinomiya, Aichi, Japan｜Toriya Kariyasuka

It's definitely delicious. I used to go there often when I lived in Ichinomiya, but I moved to Kanto and hadn't seen it for a while. I stopped by on my way back from a business trip to Nagoya, and it was definitely worth the effort. I have yet to find a restaurant in the Kanto region where you can eat delicious yakitori in a relaxed atmosphere at this price. Toriya-san is the best, serving high-quality ingredients grilled over Binchotan charcoal at a reasonable price.

Yakitori is ordered as 3 pieces per plate. All of them are delicious, but my favorite is zuri (gizzard). ``Mi (thigh meat?)'' comes with sauce, but if you order ``Mishio'' you can have it with salt and pepper. ``Hasami (Negima)'' and ``Kokoro (Hatsu)'' are also delicious. Other than yakitori, we recommend the ``Omelette Mentai Mayo.'' This fluffy omelet with mentaiko goes surprisingly well with alcohol. If you make a reservation over the phone (for 3 or more people), you'll be happy to receive a complimentary salad.

Mr. ``Toriya''. I've been using it for over 10 years now, and I recommend the rare-looking gross, salted chicken skin, neck, and heart. I also recommend the side menu ☆ I also like the omelet mentai mayo 😍
