Speaking of yakitori, it's "Charcoal" in Fujigaoka. I've loved the yakitori here for a long time, and I go there regularly. I happened to have some free time today, so I called to make a reservation and there was a spot available so I got a seat. However, there is usually a two hour time limit. I parked my car in a parking lot a little far away (3 spaces) and entered the store. I can't drink it this time, but I have no complaints as long as I can eat delicious yakitori. First, we ordered the sashimi liver sashimi and toriwasa. These two are exquisite sashimi. Liver sashimi is fresh and delicious with no odor at all. Wasabi is also delicious! Chicken skewers include liver, heart, chicken fillet, wasabi, Tsukimi meatballs, gizzard, seaweed, and yakitori. Other than chicken, we also have asparagus bacon, stuffed shiitake mushrooms, etc. Last but not least is chicken salt udon with meatballs. The slightly raw liver inside is perfectly grilled and extremely delicious! When you come to Charcoal, where the hearts are soft, you absolutely cannot miss these two types of skewers. Other than that, they are perfectly grilled and delicious. The udon soup at the end is made with chicken broth and is light but delicious. If you want to eat delicious yakitori, I recommend this place.

It was delicious no matter which skewer I ate! Although it was my own fault, I was very satisfied with the sashimi. It's a popular restaurant, so I'd like to find the right time to visit it again.
