They say it's a take-out specialty, and it's delicious even if you reheat it at home, but the chicken has a good elasticity and just the right amount of salt. I think it tastes even better when it's warm. If you place an order over the phone, they'll bake it for you on time, so it's best to pick it up just before you go home.
